How to Make the Fun Halloween Printable Gift Tags

White cardstock or heavy printer paper. You can print these on white cardstock but I have started using HP 32 lb premium printer paper that is ultra bright white and it is amazing to see how much more white it is.
You can print them at home or take them to your local print shop or you could even print them on photo paper.
Ribbon or baker’s twine
Hole punch
Gift bags or cellophane bags
